Grants/Scholarship Money granted that does NOT need to be paid back. You need to apply through FAFSA. You need to do your own research on scholarship and apply.
Work Study A type of financial aid where students work a job through their college to earn money. If you’re interested in work study, you need to apply through FAFSA.

This application used by nearly all colleges and universities to determine eligibility for federal aid.

This ONLY provides for New York State residents who attend schools in the New York States. You could apply for TAP through the FAFSA. Or you can directly apply here
